don’t believe the hype
I grew up in Central Pennsylvania. For many of my teenage years, I was on a bowling league. My record high game is 225, which is respectable.
Despite this, I’m alright with Obama’s bad bowling skills. He’s running for a job that doesn’t require much in the way of bowling prowess, or hunting experience, or whiskey-drinking abilities.
I’m alright with Obama’s gutter balls.

As a piano player, I’m only voting for a candidate if they know how to play piano. How’s Obama as a pianist?

Good point, Larsen. I think I’m okay with a president who is not a sociologist, as long as there is one in a senior-level cabinet position. Maybe we can do the same for bowling and piano playing.

That you were in a bowling team in your teens just my be my favorite fact about you that I’ve ever learned on this blog.

And here I thought I was out of the closet.
I wish I could remember some of the names of the teams. They were pretty lame. I’m sure you can imagine.
